PayHOA: your portal to the Association

The General Ledger is not part of VOSL HOA, they are a vendor. Please only contact them for payment related questions. All other questions or concerns should be directed to VOSL HOA office.

Payment options.

The Association has discontinued the use of coupon books beginning in 2024.

Regardless of how you choose to pay your assessments, all homeowners are required to register their property with The General Ledger to gain access to PayHOA.com. The Association uses the PayHOA system for important communications with homeowners via email and phone.

PayHOA is also required for submitting General Requests and Maintenance Requests for your unit or the Association’s common grounds. For recordkeeping purposes and to properly track and allocate maintenance labor hours, all requests must be submitted through PayHOA.

  • If you do not have an account already (from paying the 2023 special assessment) Email hoa@thegeneralledger.com and ask to be activated. Include your NAME and UNIT NUMBER.
    You will receive an email back with an activation link to complete your setup.
    You can choose to either login monthly to pay or setup Autopay to debit a bank account or charge a credit card*.
    *using a debit or credit card incurs a fee

  • Checks and money orders can be sent to:

    Payment must arrive by the 1st of the month but not later than the 14th to avoid being charged a late fee.
    Include your unit number on the check or money order.

How to register with The General Ledger and PayHOA.com

  1. Email hoa@thegeneralledger.com and ask to be activated.
    Include your NAME and UNIT NUMBER.

  2. You will receive an email back with an activation link.

  3. Complete your setup.

New owners must present a copy of their Warranty Deed to be activated.
